 Workshops and short courses can be tailored for the needs and interests of your group.

Loom weaving for beginners

Learn the traditional craft of loom weaving using a hand loom, and make your own unique wall hanging. Choose from a range of fabrics, textures and colours as you learn weaving techniques. A traditional craft that has become popular again. A fun course for beginners and craft enthusiasts.

spring / Easter / summer door Wreaths 

In this 1.5 hour workshop, create a Spring or Summer wreath using artificial / faux flowers and greenery. Learn tips and techniques used in floristry, to create your own unique indoor/ outdoor floral to take home. Great value for money. Also available on zoom.

Watercolour Painting for Beginners

Learn how to use draw and paint flowers with watercolour paints to create your own unique greeting cards, or art to frame. This class can be delivered as a taster one-off workshop, or as a longer course covering more content. No previous painting experience needed. (Also available on Zoom.)

embroidery courseS, cross stitch, applique

Embroidery is relaxing and great for self care! You'll learn basic stitches to create flowers,  leaves and shapes. You'll create a class project such as a fabric tote bag, or a piece to hang on the wall. Courses usually delivered over 6 weeks; group bookings only. Basic hand sewing skills recommended but not essential.

Macrame for Beginners Workshop / Course

Learn the popular and trendy craft of macramé, which involves making decorative knots! Create your own wall hanging, choosing from a selection of beads and colours. All materials supplied. Suitable for beginners.

Watercolour pencil cards (beginners)

Learn how to use watercolour pencils to create hand painted cards.  Enjoy the process of making your own unique cards, which can also be framed. Relax and craft, letting worries or stresses slip away. No drawing or painting skills needed for this relaxing class. (Also available on Zoom.)

Decoupage crafting workshops

In this 2 hour workshop, you'll learn the fun craft of decoupage, transforming an item (e.g. wood tray, bird box, small table) into something decorative. Choose from a selection of colours and patterns to personalise your piece. Looks painted but easier to master! Suitable for beginners; no previous experience is necessary. 

Sun Catcher
​acrylic Painting 

Everyone can learn to paint! In this class, learn how to use acrylic paints to create a beautiful standing art work. Looks great near a window for a 'stained glass or sun catcher effect'. Choose your floral and colours to personalise your piece. No drawing or painting skills needed. 

Felt Flower crafting Courses

Learn how to create lovely, hand crafted flowers using felt!  A range of courses are available to creative floral displays, a broach or hat pen, or a seasonal floral wreath. A fun, versatile craft! 

Mixed media journalling course

Get creative with journal pages and mixed media arts and crafts. Learn stencilling, collage, paint effects, and decoupage. Create a themed journal for travel, photos, drawing, or writing.

Autumn Wreaths & Arrangements

Autumn is a lovely time of year and perfect for flower arranging, door wreaths and seasonal crafts. Learn tips and techniques used in floristry, to create your own unique arrangement to take home. Fresh or artificial floral workshops are available. Suitable for beginners

Rock painting -  abstract designs

Learn how relaxing it is to prime and paint rocks. You'll learn how to use acrylic paints and dotting tools to create a range of designs including creating 'mandela' art (pictured) and lovely lady birds and bees for the garden. A great course for summer and for relaxation and mindfulness.

hen Party Crafts and
​Event workshops

Available for small hen groups of up to 15 people! Enjoy a creative workshop and make a lovely keepsake, or make wedding decorations. Workshop themes include:  flower arranging, felt flower making, craft your own tables vases, floral crowns, wreaths, or enjoy a decoupage craft. A range of colour schemes available.  

Flower Arranging workshop /Courses

Learn the basics of fresh flower arranging, and create a seasonal table centrepiece to take home. Our flower arranging courses can be delivered as a single workshop, or a 5 week course covering different floral arranging styles. A popular and creative course everyone loves! Suitable for beginners / improvers.

Mosaics courses
​for beginners

Create fun, unique mosaic projects! Learn how to use basic tools for mosaics, and how to apply adhesive and grout. Suitable for beginners, usually over a 3 to 6 week period. Feel free to get in touch for additional information.

Bamboo Tray Decorating

Choose from several designs, and decorate your own bamboo tray. During this short course, you'll learn how to colour wash your tray before designing & decorating it using a technique called decoupage, which looks painted but uses paper and glue! Learn how to apply this craft to other projects for the home and garden. Craft packs can be supplied prior to Zoom course for group bookings, including a tray & materials.

Gardening 
​Courses

Gardening is one of the best activities for our health and welling. Workshop themes include planting up seasonal planters/window baskets; how to grow flowers, herbs and vegetables; container gardening; growing from seed and caring for houseplants and succulents.

Garden design for beginners

Begin the process of creating your dream garden! Learn the basic principles of garden design, plan your garden by creating a mood board & begin to learn about suitable plants.
